Их автор, Мишель Монтиньяк, страдавший от лишнего веса, разработал свой метод похудения, безрезультатно испытав десятки разных систем похудения.
Мишель Монтиньяк пришел к выводу, что чаще всего ожирение связано с расстройством поджелудочной железы, которая, выбрасывая в кровь излишний инсулин, способствует переработке углеводов в жировые отложения.
Мишель Монтиньяк предложил удалить из пищи “плохие углеводы”: сахар и крахмал, плохие жиры, а также кофеин и ряд других продуктов, которые провоцируют выработку излишнего инсулина и являются причиной увеличения массы тела. А самое главное, Монтиньяк настаивает на том, что еда всегда должна быть вкусной.
Есть нужно с удовольствием, не голодать и не ограничивать себя в количестве пищи. Ведь наш организм очень чувствителен ко всяким ограничениям, в ответ на них он начинает накапливать жировые прослойки про запас, “на черный день”. Одно из самых “страшных” нарушений метода – это пропустить часы приема пищи.
Нельзя испытывать чувство голода – главная заповедь Мишеля Монтиньяка.
